The interview process consists of three stages:
First Round – Technical Interview: Focused on Scrum practices, Agile methodologies, and practical experience as a Scrum Master.
Second Round – Managerial Interview: Discussion around leadership, stakeholder management, team collaboration, and delivery management.
Third Round – HR Round: Final discussion covering culture fit, compensation, and other HR formalities.
Although the position is titled Scrum Master, the organization expects the candidate to also handle certain Project Manager responsibilities, including delivery ownership, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines are met.
