Interview
It was just 3 weeks long. I met the HR recruiter at a Careers Day at my university, then they call me back to check if I was still available and I started all the interview process. First I had a Group Assessment about solving a business case, secondly a technic assessment with the manager about auditing principles and International Accounting Standards, finally a motivational and technical assessment with two partners.

Question 1
They asked me about Financial Statement for banks and its difference with other industrial company. The motivational questions were the usual ones: why deloitte, why auditing etc.
the most difficult question was about Statistics: the manager made me a kind of joke on probabilties, but they just want to see if you can think and solve problems under pressure.

Interview
Online assessments followed by a Job Simulation followed by Assessment centre consisting of two separate interviews, one involved a presentation and discussion and the other was an interview to talk about yourself and why you wanted to work in audit, as well as your understanding of the ACA qualification. Prepare thoroughly for the presentation by using all of the tools given on the Deloitte portal and the experience will be pretty easy, as long as you are confident.
