Great experience, but took many follow-ups to get an answer from the recruiting team. Logistics took a while to coordinate but all interviews were conducted on a single business day.
Very prepared and delightful process for an interviewee. Scheduling was easy. Relaxed and comfortableVery courteous staff and friendly
Very helpful. The company sent lots of tips and tricks to help prepare
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Deloitte (New Southgate, England) in Feb 2021

HR experience:
I received an email from HR to provide available days, I gave them 4 days and then I had to wait for two weeks until they came back to say they could not confirm as the interviewer was not available.
I called twice HR to arrange new dates and the third time I called I left a voice message and also send an email. However, I was never called back. Neither call nor an email. Three days after my call, I sent them another email where the HR person told me that I could have my interview the next day which was impossible for me to give that short notice to my work. I explained that and then he said that he would check and come back to me. Guess? He came back 3 weeks after! Also, I asked him to know more about the process and he cc 2 people on the email to explain the process to me and none come back for around ten days, even if I had sent them 3-4 emails. Horrible HR experience and very unprofessional attitude with lots of delays and bad manners.
Interviewer experience:
The next surprise was my interviewer!
I checked on him on social media and found him with naked people. Then I went to the interview and the guy could not remember the questions to ask me, he used slang language all the time and felt like he was under drugs!
A week after I received an email from HR that didn’t pass without any reason. I was curious to know the feedback even if I felt it would not be productive from a person like that. I thought if deloitte can hire these people without proper checks then this is not the right place for me.
It’s so true that the recruitment process is a two-way approach! I would never apply to this company again.
PS I have offers from two consulting companies bigger than Deloitte which most importantly reflect the values and culture I want to follow.
