Basically several rounds of interviews. First a phone screen and then on to the in person ones. Typically the next (and final) round will be both a technical and behavioral ones. The interview process is more consistent about the questions they ask than before.

They very a lot depending on your level. Mine was pretty in depth. For some reason I got someone who was a networking expert and that wasn't my field. I was asked how I might use MAC addresses to trouble shoot an issue.
