The interview process was broken into phases. Meet and greet, one-on-ones, introduction, jumpseat and overhead bin test, and galley cart activity. Not necessarily in that order. At the end there was a video will the hiring team chose their candidates for CJOs. If your name was called in the first few groups, you did not get the CJO.
