      Interview

Apologies if this is long but want to give the run down for those applying Once you apply and complete the VJT and OVD you get the email for the face to face. When you get their at the headquarters for my session it was introductions, group assignment, reach and jumpseat test, then an video about the position (pay, benefits, training, ect). After all of this you get called in zones, depending on zones you get called for a 1:1 or you get sent home. Keep in mind, this time around if your zone didnt get a 1:1 and you immediately get sent home, assume you got a tbht. If you get the 1:1 you have a higher chance of getting the position Best tips ** - when its time for the group activity, show you can lead but also get inout from your fellow group members. Make sure their voices are heard, ask for their input. If you see someone quiet, bring them in conversation. Remember this put SAFETY FIRST in your response - follow dress code. Ladies if you are going to wear a skirt or dress, make sure when sitting your knees are covered and wear light stockings - if you get the 1:1, avoid talking about core values and make sure your responses are genuine but also remember with your response to follow the STAR format and remain professional in your responses. This part I feel is where most people say “be yourself”

      Interview

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
