Long, but quickly moving. They call you, invite for in person, drug test, paperwork, IDs, so there's about 2-3 visits to the office just to get processed initially. They are professional about everything they do, treat you and inform you well. Make sure to ask about full-time/part-time status, they are unclear about that and how much you will be paid.

Phone interview, 30 minutes. This role is about creating and implementing pre-delinquent strategies before the credit company takes the collection steps. First go through resume, how do you rate your SAS and SQL skills in a scale of 1 - 10. Then 3 technical problems. It is fine and hope it helps

Interview
Basic Phone screening interview, first from recruiting project manager and then from the team. Ask some basic questions about myself and my coding skills and so on, after that we talk about the hourly rate. My advice in the rate is unacceptable for them and the number it offer is quite low actually.
