I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Discover (Chicago, IL)
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me first to learn more about some compliance positions. I was not searching for a job, but I decided to hear what they had to. After a phone conversation with the recruiter, I had another phone call with a manager perhaps the next day. Then finally I had four 30 -minute interviews back to back. I met with two managers and two met VP’s. I was asked all behavioral questions in each interview.
The first round is HR. Hr asked some general questions. Just base behavior questions. After one week, I had a thirty mins call with hire manager. Smooth talk but no further information.
Very straightforward questions, interviewed with 4 different employees so you get a good mix of employees that have worked at the company and how they enjoy working at the company
