My recruitment process was divided into 7 phases: short intro call, f2f meeting with direct superior, analytical online test, phone interview with one of the founders, strategy presentation, meeting with the future team and referances. Whole process was longer than I initially expected but definitely driven in a very professional way by HR Manager and worth the effort for both parts. Thanks to this, DocPlanner team was able to check if I'm a right fit for them and I got to know the company, its culture and people who work there better. At the end I was sure that it's the place where I wanna work to build company's success and my professional career.
