Process was divided into four steps:
- cv verification,
- technical task to solve,
- trial day,
- references.
Whole proces was very detailed and conducted by professional skilled and very helpful persons.

Question 1
I was asked to write an application (in two weeks time). There was a short technical interview and also a few typical questions like: what kind of programmer are you etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DocPlanner (Barcelona) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process took 2 weeks. It included an initial interview with HR, followed by one technical interview with the team lead and an engineer. After that, I was given a technical task. The next step was a technical interview with questions about the task and some other technical questions related to system design. The interview also included a meeting with the team. In my case, there was an additional technical interview, which was followed by a meeting with one of the engineering directors. Everyone was very polite.

people seem to be very friendly and everyone says it's the best company they worked for (which sounds strange, but let's go with it)

Interview
The interview process was split into three separate steps.
The first step was a story about the company. After that, I had to describe myself and we smoothly switched to a technical interview.
The second one was a trial day, where you can spot people you would work with. Also being part of the daily development process. Later there was a task with feedback at the end. In this part of the recruitment process they challenging you to how much do you fit into the company culture.
