I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DocPlanner (Barcelona) in Mar 2021
Interview
The best word to describe the interview process at Docplanner would be transparent. Although the process involved more stages than on average for a recruiter position, I felt at ease throughout as the manager made it evident that the process was for both Docplanner and I to interview each other as we assess whether this is a good match. I had the opportunity to meet a few faces in the company and the people team which was great, and at each stage (and in between), I had the chance to ask questions. The best thing about the process was the consistent feedback given after each stage, this company truly care about the candidate experience and it shows by the great ratings they have! In fact, my application was progressed after an original rejection for a different position which I assumed was automated, however after being approached a few weeks later for a position more suited to me it was clear that Docplanner really do 'keep your CV on file for future consideration' :)

Question 1
Typical questions came up such as my recruitment approach, candidate management, why Docplanner, etc, but the stand out question/stage for me was the presentation I was asked to give relating to a particular process. Although daunting at first this was a great opportunity to apply myself to the company itself, again ensuring it was a good fit as recruitment strategy will differ from company to company.
