      Todo o processo, desde o recrutamento, foi bastante humano e focado na escuta ativa. Tive 3 entrevistas, sendo elas: 1. Papo com o PM e Tech Lead da squad; 2. Head de produtos; 3. BP de produtos; Nos 3 papos sai com uma vontade imensa de fazer parte desse time, tanto pelo tema da squad, quanto pelos valores, postura cultura que foram demonstrados por todos eles. Uma outra coisa bacana é o fato de não ter tido case pra apresentar, pois sinto que as empresas que aplicam cases não sabem de verdade o que querem e nem como avaliar (passa quem acerta o bingo de buzzwords do momento). Acredito que o modelo de entrevista é suficiente pra entender o que motiva aquele candidato, quais são os valores, método de trabalho e afins. Além de dar abertura para que o candidato tbm avalie se aquela empresa faz sentido pro momento dele.
