one round as I was already a regular employee then a shift leader. The interview went smoothly it was more them explaining what new role I would be taking on as an assistant manager, what to expect from the job., along with explaining how the crew should treat me in regards to rank.

I was interviewed by the acting manager. They were Very informative and transparent about the job. Expectations are presented up front and they are willing to make necessary accommodations. Seems like a good place to be
