I applied online. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Memphis, TN) in Sep 2015
Interview
I got a call back for an interview from applying on Snagajob for the position of Cake Decorator. I had chosen the wrong location to interview at (turns our it was at a Baskin Robbins/ Dunkin Donuts combo down the road a few miles), but she said the baker position was open, so I marketed myself for that position with a cake decorating certificate I had acquired completing a class with my grandmother in high school for kicks. When it was my turn for questions, I asked about how Dunkin Donuts' corporate goals for the community involved the franchises (there's surprisingly a lot!)- the manager was so impressed at my homework she offered me the job on the spot.
