Dunkin' Crew Member interview questions

I was contacted for an interview a week after submitting my application at the store. At the interview I was asked questions like, "Why do you want to work at Dunkin'?" And "What interests you the most about working here?" It seemed like all the questions were asking the same thing, but I tried to come up with different answers for each one. The interviewer seemed to be struggling, and I later found out it was her first interview. She avoided making eye contact with me and it made me feel like I was doing poorly.

They don't say this but they want you to come back to the store the next day and ask how the process is going that's the only way to get an interview.
