I applied online. I interviewed at Dunkin' in Nov 2019
Interview
Was called in for an in person interview (pre-pandemic). Discussed my experience, the job duties, pay, etc. was offered the position on the spot and told to come back in the next week to begin training.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
