I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Harmarville, PA) in May 2013
Interview
They ask if you've had prior restaurant/fast food experience, if you can work with a team, etc. they provide situations and you have to put yourself in them and solve them to the best of your ability. They look for personality and customer service skills. Also if you can leave drama at the door and just do your job.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview was quick and friendly. I was offered a job on the spot after about 5 minutes and had orientation for the following week. I believe that past fast-paced restaurant experience helps.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Fall River, MA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I'm not sure if it was because the Dunkin I applied to was desperate for workers... but I went into the interview and she barely asked me any questions. Just a few questions about school and past work experiences and then offered me the job. If you're applying it's all based on the manager, but unless you have some huge criminal record of some sort it's pretty easy so don't sweat it.
