Dunkin' Shift Leader interview questions

I applied in store on Monday and was not contacted until the next Wednesday. I was told to appear that Friday at noon, and did. I dressed in casual formal wear, much over dressed, and began the interview process. It lasted 20 minutes and she asked me general questions about my resume. In the end she asked me what my favorite book was and I really got to show who I was.

You are interviewed by the manager in a group. He/she asks questions. You answer. He/she gives you call back if they think you stood out in the group.
