I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Jersey City, NJ) in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview was done at the store in the general seating area. It was a laid back interview, simply trying to get a feel for me as a fit for the owners. We discussed my previous experience briefly and then made small talk for awhile. The owner was really feeling me out to decide if I was going to be a pain or actual be able to help. They were clearly short on capable people here. Your interview will really depend case by case with the ownership. This owner was very laid back but some are ruthless. They will work you to the bone for a little money as possible.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Nashua, NH) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview was the easiest process that I encountered. It was working my way up to the store management position that was a little more difficult. It took them more than 2 weeks to do the background check. Other than that I had already for for the company for many years before being promoted to store management.I had worked my way up the ladder. I enjoyed my job.
