Interview
I was found by a Sourcer in LI and offered a possibility to take part in the interview for a Delivery Manager position. There were 3 steps: 1 with a Recruiter, 1 with 2 Delivery Managers and 1 with 2 Managers.
In first interview and didn't get much information about the role, during the 2nd interview technical guys had nice questions, in 3rd interview it came out that I should apply for different position.
The overall process was bad:
1. Long process (1month +),
2. Lack of feedback after any of steps
3. Contact only via email
4. No try to build any bond with a candidate at any step
5. Final response (after 3rd interview) sent only as an automatic email

4. Who is responsible if something will go wrong (asked like 3 times in different contexts)

Interview
I applied through linkedin and I got email that if you want to relocate croatia then I said yes. HR had call with me for about just 10 mins to inform me about company and they will set next round for me. I said yes. They will set technical interview round after 10 days. I got interview email invitation in that mentioned that primary skill to check 'delivery management' as I applied for delivery manager. I prepared for that. Now when interview start, I cant believe all questions he asked about solution architect only like how you design solution for project ? What type of solution your project has? Why it has that type of solution only ? What is different in that solution? Why you choose reactjs over angular in that project? Why not angular? Why your client want web app over windows app? If we not provide you solution architect then you should able to make solution.. He said me.. In last 5-7 mins just he talked abt agile. Otherwise full 1 hr he spent in solution only.. I think they should find solution architect, why they were finding delivery manager? I know I am not good in solution architect level knowledge so I could not justified proper answers, but I had applied for delivery manager, he didnt asked me that. If he want solution architect then why waste time of others. I hvnt mentioned in my resume too anything abt solution, so why they scheduled interview... I think interview should be related to position not as per your need. If you need solution level expert person in delivery manager then why you scheduled my interview ? Couldnt you checked my resume properly ? After 1 day when I asked HR then she sent me email that you are rejected due to lack of solution skill. Is it solution architect interview ? So refer resume properly and take interview position wise, that is my suggestion

Question 1
80% questions for solution architect and other just agile. They were finding main solution architect not delivery manager. No questions regarding delivery management and mentioned in interview email that primary skill need to be checked is delivery management, I think they have to write solution architect. Time can be saved if they define position proper and screen resume proper. Expect designation wise work and if you expect that then ask in advance or check resume Properly.

Interview
The interview process at the first stage was wonderful, with the people from HR located in Colombia. The second stage -the technical interview - was so cold, with no emphatical recruiter, it doesn't reflect the principles and the core heart of EPAM Systems Talent Culture.
I've expected a better process at this second stage, but it wasn't and, that is the reason why I gave up the recruiting process.
