I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Nov 2020
Interview
The recruiter will be nice and polite. But will not give you any extended info about the position.
On the technical interview, no one was on video, because of "slow internet" or "technical problems". All of your questions about the company will be declined, and you will be redirected to the recruiter that will keep silent. After an interview, they will disappear for weeks.
After that, you will get feedback that you didn't perform well in the interview. You will get terrible feedback, everything you say will be used against you, they will turn everything upside down.
For example, if you said that you didn't have much experience with something, but familiar with this technology - you will get an estimation that you know nothing about this. In case, you work with something for years they will estimate you as a junior. In other words, you will be estimated several levels down to make you accordingly cheaper offer.
Offer will be presented to the miserable you as an indulgence and a gods gift. I don't believe in gods, sorry.
