I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Jun 2022
Interview
I have passed lots of interviews, but cannot forget my experience with Epam.
After the second round, the recruiter sent me the feedback provided by the interviewer. For each type of skills there were suggestions and what's more amazing, is that there were links to the books which would make my skills better.
I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Londres, Inglaterra)

Question 1
Do I understand raid management well and thoroughly
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems
Interview
1. Technical
2. Managerial (most probably RM)
3. Project fitment
The job title and what they exactly looking for are quite misaligned. They seem to have committed to a certain timeline for a project that involves Mainframe migration.
They need a mainframes engineer... instead of hiring one who can actually help them with code reviews and COBOL reverse engineering as they call it, they are hiring business analysts and trying to get this done under pressure. HR is inefficient and doesn't have a voice, just does what the hiring manager says.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
COBOL reverse engineering that they are really struggling with.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Colombia) in Nov 2025
Interview
I had 2 interviews. The recruiter reached out via Whatsapp and said they were ready to start the "staffing process". I asked for an official email but she ignored me completely. Also sent an email asking about an update about my application and got no response at all. Strange way of communication and complete ignorance. I thought EPAM was a way more serious company...So disappointed:((((
