I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in May 2023
Interview
I was initially approached by a recruitment officer on LinkedIn for a Scrum Master role. However, during a subsequent friendly call a week later, the proposed role was shifted to a Project Manager position. Two weeks following this, I had a constructive discussion during a technical interview with one of the Senior Project Managers, focusing on various scenarios and business cases related but not limited to: project management, progress reporting, conflict management, stakeholder management, project artifacts. Shortly after, the recruiter informed me of my selection via WhatsApp and requested my personal details. However, after providing the required information, there was no further communication for several months. Despite multiple attempts to obtain updates through official channels, I received no response. This experience was disappointing, as there was no acknowledgment or explanation for the lack of follow-through after the time invested in the interview process. Such an approach raises concerns about their recruitment process and overall professionalism.
