EPAM Systems Senior Business Analyst interview questions

Stage 1: In house recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. Once I submitted my resume, I got a screening interview call over phone. Stage 2: The recruiter set up an interview with a project team. The interview was for about an hour. Questions related to BA activities and behavioural questions were asked. Stage 3: The recruiter set up an interview with another project team. Similar questions were asked. Stage 4: Offer was presented after about 2 weeks of the last interview. The whole process took about a month.

There were two technical interviews: business analysis knowledge and background check, then interview with project manager. Both interviews were conducted on skype. After that there's offline interview with resource manager.
