Interview
Since this is not a fix contract and you are engaged as an external staff, the interview is not conducted according to the EPO rules. Instead your future superior is doing the interview alone, which makes it more efficient, but the Delegation of the EU has to approve the CV of the successful candidate.

Question 1
The interview itself was relatively easy. It took about an hour; 10 min to introduce yourself, and the rest were mainly questions related to the future project work. I had a feeling that I was the candidate they wanted, based on the CVs they received. I did not answer all the questions they asked and if they wanted they could have been more harsh to me.
