Interview
The interviewer was nice.
They sent me some documents two hours before starting the interview. They were real patents and I needed to answer some questions about them. It was like 3 documents in English and one in French.
Afterwards the interview I would need to explain my answers to the interviewer and answer some further questions related to the documents. We talked in English, but we also talked in some french so he could assess my level. He recommended me to get certifications for the languages.

Interview
Although they've been adding some specifics in advance to the job posting, feels like they can't follow through. There is an application deadline and indicated time for interviews. The email they show for contact is not working (instead you can fill out a form on their website and hope for an answer). They are not communicating anything and it's been a month since the closing deadline. Sending out the rejection emails to those who did not make it to the initial stage would not be a complicated task to a resourceful organisation like EPO. They could use their dedicated LinkedIn group to post updates, inform about delays or extensions. Hopefully with this opening they hire someone who understands talent acquisition, candidate experience and onboarding better than it is handled currently.

Interview
Only one Job Interview in all three (switching from time to time) official languages; In relation very short (only 1 1/2 h); after the Interview it took a very very long time 4 1/2 months until a decision (the interviewer apologized in advance) because the late time of the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
