EPO interview questions

The interview process itself was straight forward but it took 4 months from the in person interview to have an answer. Eventually, after having an starting dateand awaiting my contract they called to say that they didn't have a possition available at that moment. I was offered and put on a "Talent pool" for 2 years. Never heard of them again. While EPO kept advertising patent examiner positions on the same field that applied to. A recruitment that is only for marketing.

The first interview was a technical interview of about 2 hours. I was asked to analyze some patents, but they are very understanding if you do not have prior knowledge. They just want to see your mental process and logic. They also asked a lot of questions to test general knowledge in pharmacology. They also tested my French, even if I never said I was speaking it.
