3 step process, first it was the phone call getting notified that they are interested in interviewing you and why you are fit for the job. Then it’s the 2nd interview where you meet with 3 people at once, interviewing your knowledge of sports. Third interview is about soft skills, and where you see your career at ESPN. At one point they will ask you to write your top ten of clips they choose and why.

3 separate interviews: an introductory phone call that lasts around fifteen minutes, a zoom call with only one other person to gauge your basic understanding of sports that lasts around forty minutes, and a zoom call panel with managers of the program.

Straight forward, asking some sports questions and why you fit the role. They give you scenarios on what way would you cut a highlight base on game circumstances. Didn't go in person, process took almost one month.
