Interview
Hiring process involved of 3 interviews, 1 with the FEA expert and other two are management. Two managers ask questions about your resume, they give you a situation and ask you on the response. They are very careful about the work environment and safety in the office and they ask you about it. They also ask you about application of the technical base.

Foi realizada a completa descrição do que se entende pela oportunidade apresentada naquele momento. A entrevista teve uma condução que foi muito objetiva, passando pela inicial exposição do quê se tratava e posteriormente o que se esperava e dúvidas do candidato.
