Called by the hiring manager and scheduled for the interview (six 30 minute interviews with managers, HR and team members). Very little focus on SAP skills or knowledge, but several on my current salary and asking price. Was told they would make a decision by the end of the week but did not hear back for 2 months, and then only with a generic email.
