Question 1
What is your weakness and how did it impact your work?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Electrolux (Petaling Jaya) in Jun 2016
Interview
quite ok. Both HR and HOD conducted the interview. Although management seems like want to drive lots of change in the organisation but doubt if she can really get it done?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Electrolux (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2017
Interview
It was 3 VERY long hours. The recruiter dropped me off at a small room that I sat in for 3 hours while 4 different people took turns interviewing me, one after another. The recruiter never returned after the last person interviewed me. She just left me in the room, I guess I was supposed to figure out on my own that it was over and then try to find my way out of the building?? It was very unprofessional and 3 hours that I will never get back.
