Elsevier IT Management Position interview questions

I applied online and received an email and phone screen from the lead IT hiring manager out of Philadelphia. It seemed like a good interaction and plenty of promise for more discussion. There was a promise of a review of my resume and feedback. Then nothing. No call, no returned call, no feedback. Like many companies and HR managers, it dropped cold.
