I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2011
Interview
There was a pre-night event for the interviews and the guy there was laid back and seemed really happy to be there. However, the girl I interviewed with was kind of grumpy and not as into it the next morning. She acted as if the interview was the last thing she wanted to be doing. It gave a pretty negative perception of the company.

Question 1
We deal with a lot of irritated customers. What was the grumpiest customer you've ever had to deal with?
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
