I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2012
Interview
The recruiter found my resume on Monster.com and emailed me about coming in for an interview so I did. So that was the first round just to see if the recruiter thought you were a fit with the company and possess the right skills to be successful.
If they see fit then they send you to a second interview with an area manager (one step above branch manager). This person asks you some of the same questions but also tries to ensure that you are willing to put in the work that this job requires from you to become successful. If you pass this phase you go on to a third interview.
The third interview is with another step above the area manager, aka the regional manager. In some situations, like mine, the branch manager for the branch you would work at may sit in and partake in your interview. In this one they are almost trying to talk you out of the job by telling you that you do work 50 hours a week and at 12 something an hour, but they also point out that if you take the job and do well, then after a year or so you get promoted and with that comes a raise.
I was offered the position about three days after my third interview by phone and I accepted right away. This job is not for everyone but for some it can be extremely rewarding. It is at the very least a good place to start a career.
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
