"Us Old Guys" have to take a deep breath and adjust our attitudes when we go in. In this case, the interviewer was helpful. Of course, she asked the standard screening questions you can find in any book: a time when you had an irate customer.... a time when you made a successful "up-sale" a time when you had to make a difficult leadership decision Enterprise is a privately owned company that has been in the family since 1957..... they don't have to apologize for their dress code! or hairstyle!! Wear a business SUIT! Get a haircut!
