The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Farmington Hills, MI) in Mar 2010
Interview
First was a phone interview by the recruiting agent with general and behavioral questions. Next was a 1:1 interview with the recruiter with more general and quite a few behavioral questions. The last step was a tour of the office that I would have been working in and a 2:1 Interview with the current managers of that office. This interview was more behavioral questions, many of which I really had no answer to because I had not experienced the situations they are talking about. They ask that you be specific and remembering specific events that have occurred over the last 10 years wasn't easy for me.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
