I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2011
Interview
There are three interviews.
The first is a phone interview. They ask you basic questions about sales. When did you deal with a difficult customers. How did you overcome an objection. Offered another interview on the spot in person at the area hq
Second interview at hq: tell me about a difficult customer again. are you a leader? have you ever had to compete for something and you won. what is the best way to deal with an irate customer?
Third interview at the brach you'd work at. I met with the area and assistant branch manager. They asked more similar questions. When did you forgo something you wanted to do to get something important done. talk about when you worked as a group and succeeded. talk about a time you had to discipline a group member. talk about a sale you did not make and what you could have done differently to get the sale. I was given an offer an hour later. MAKE SURE YOU ASK QUESTIONS. they seem to respect that. be conversational and friendly. if you are reasonably intelligent and have relevant sales experience you know how to talk about, you should be fine. im not genius and not the world's greatest salesman. be confident.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
