I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jul 2022
Interview
Lengthy process, did not love the multiple rounds of interviews as well as the case study group interview. You also had to do a presentation that lasted 10 minutes on any topic of your choosing.
Short, casual phone call discussing my interest in the company and the day to day experience of working at Epic. Interview was with a developer, not with Human Resources, so we were able to talk about the technical side

Question 1
What are some languages / frameworks you've worked with in the past
You will likely do several examinations prior to the actual interview (i.e. basic math/rates/coding tests, plus a personality assessment that might help them place you). The actual interview is about average-to-difficult (be prepared to answer STAR-type questions!) but will also include orientations, so it's several hours but with maybe 1 total hour of targeted interviewing.
