After an initial call, which was just a webinar to learn about the process, we were told the next step was a test that we had to complete. The test was a mix of questions including math, some personality questions, and solving problems in a unique programming language. I didn't get a response afterwards or any feedback on how I did.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
We were given the challenge of working with a programming language and were progressively asked to code solutions to problems that became progressively more complicated.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Mar 2025
Interview
Interview was broken up into multiple segments. First hour or so was a role/company introduction. Then had a short call with someone in my prospective role, where they told me about a day in their life. Brief and simple case interview. Was asked to prepare a 10-minute presentation on any subject, but couldn't use a slide deck. Wrapped up with a casual behavioral-question interview
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2022
Interview
Personality Exam then Assessment into a phone call. The personality exam and phone call are average interviews but the assessment is long and has many portions including an iq test, sat math questions, and programming portion.
