I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview was pretty straight forward there isn't a great way to prepare. My best advice would be to just eat and sleep well prior to the test. Other than that, puzzles could help as well.
I was spammed by their recruiters for months before I even decided to apply. 6 hr long assessment test that has actually nothing to do with the job itself. no clear explanation on why i wasn't selected. seemed shady and wasted 6 hours of my life.
Typical QA, lots of tests. I think I got rejected because I was talking to myself during the assessments because I know I did pretty well, especially on the coding portion.

I'd know the technical details of your project backwards and forwards, be able to justify design/technical choices, talk about how to extend the project, prepare some questions about the company, etc. Pretty typical for this kind of role
