Phone interview, followed by a variety of computer tests. Tests included a personality test, math assessment, and English assessment. This was followed by an in person interview. Multiple candidates were interviewing at the same time, though the entire process was conducted one-on-one. A case study was included in the interview.

The most difficult question was a case study which aimed to see how one would approach an average day where there are multiple problems competing for your time. It wasn't hard, but it was the hardest.

You know this is a company for recent graduates when the GPA box on the online application is required. Dig out those transcripts old people, because you can't continue without it. When I finally got to the point of scheduling a phone call I was surprised by the robotic affect of the interviewer - very disconcerting... My conversation was short - my salary requirements and their offer were both non-negotiable and not even in the same ballpark. So that was that.

Applied and got a phone interview which was really easy. Then took an assessment test with programming. The programming section is a little tricky since you just typing without being able to check if your logic was correct.
