I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Detroit, MI) in Jun 2012
Interview
The recruiter found my resume on LinkedIn and sent me an invitation to a testing day. Doing tests about logic and programming. One part of the programming was to let you learn a new rule of a language, another part is regular C. Around 10 people took the test together. Lasted for about 2 hours.
I submitted resume online, and wait for a few weeks, then received an email that told me I will be scheduled a phone interview, it is about 30 minutes, the talk is based on the resume, talked about 20 minutes, and then the interviewer introduced Epic for a few seconds.
