Applied online and talked to recruiters at the college career fair they were at. After that got a phone call and there was an over the phone interview and screening. I passed that and had an on site interview. I heard back in about a week with the offer.

Interview
Only did a phone interview so far and I'm still waiting as my on-site interview date is approaching. The phone interview wasn't too difficult but it wasn't as concise as I thought. About half the time is used for telling you about the type of position you are applying for and what you are doing, the other half about yourself. Mostly confirming details you wrote in the applications and such though. eg sat and act scores
