Epic interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter via email (they check out monster.com and other sites for resumes that fit) for a software developer role. I instead applied for the PM job. They emailed me only days after I applied to set up a phone interview, where they ask the standard questions. I was contacted within a week to fly up to their Verona location, where I interviewed on-site. Exactly as everyone else describes. Awesome process. I felt like I really wanted to be part of the company when I left. Waiting to hear back.
