I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2024
Interview
Phone screening, then some tests and a second phone interview. After that they bring you to the campus, which honestly is worth the visit---I'd been there before because I live in Madison, but getting a tour and to eat in the cafeteria were cool. More tests and interviews with people in the role you're applying for as well as HR.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and encouraged me to apply for the Project Manager position. I heard back from a member of HR to take a test and set up a date for a screening call.
The test was a lot of SAT-like logic questions. The portion where they substituted programming language was quite difficult to me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in May 2021
Interview
There was a phone interview followed by 3 exams, then a final on-site or virtual interview. The exams are mostly challenging tests of logic and reasoning, and very few people get an offer at the end.
