Interview
I found the job through my University's career site. About a day after applying I received a link for the Rembrandt test. A week after taking that I received an email invitation for a phone interview. My phone interview was with a Project Manager. I went over my resume and a "tell me about yourself" question. I was asked my ACT score and GPA. Asked if I went to my University all 4 years or academic transfer. My interviewer talked A LOT in my phone interview. He didn't seem super interested in asking me anything and liked to talk, but that was OK with me. About a week after my phone interview I was emailed instructions on finding a PearsonVUE testing center near me. For me it was the community college. I took two tests that were timed--one math and one programming. A week after my tests, I was invited to an on-site interview which I declined.
The interview processes involves a lot of testing and not a lot of personal contact. My wait time was a week between each step.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2012
Interview
Got contacted by a Recruiter to send them my resume via my school's Career Center. After a few days I got another email to schedule a phone interview. It was very nonchalant, mostly verifying what you have on your resume. Soon thereafter I was asked to schedule a test, one skills and one coding. Both tests are nothing to sweat over. Then I was flown out to Madison. I spent the day there touring the company, having group interviews and one on one interviews, and for PM there was a presentation. The presentation was very low key and it can be any style you like (mine was conversational). Best of luck!

Interview
Basic phone interview and a standardized Epic test before the one on one interview. Never made the 1:1 interview but the phone interview itself was not so much different from other companies'.
