The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2012
Interview
Started out applying online, then moved onto a Rembrandt test. The phone interview was very basic, just kinda chatted with the guy. I drove in for a very basic interview. We discussed my current job and they gave me a rundown of the company and what I'd be doing. The 2nd interview was very, very basic. They asked a few "what would you do" questions and that was about it. I was very nervous for the interviews but they turned out to be about as stressful as the interview I had at Subway when I was 17. In the end, it seemed like a huge waste of time and that HR simply exists to exist.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2012
Interview
After receiving my resume, Epic contacted me within two days to fill out a personality test. The next day, I was contacted for a phone interview that occurred a few days later. It was a very easy phone interview with basic questions. The interviewer was very friendly and sociable. The next day I received an email inviting me to an on-site interview day. A week and a half later, they flew me out to Madison. I stayed in a Hilton room, and they aid for my flight, food, taxis, etc. The interview day was very intense. Over the course of the day (8 am-3:30 pm), I had 2 interviews, a 10 minute presentation on a topic of my choosing, a 2 person case study, 3 assessment tests (verbal, math, coding), and a lunch with an employee. Everyone was extremely friendly, outgoing, helpful, and young. Also, the campus was amazing. There are themed buildings (jungle, heaven, dungeons and dragons, etc.), a treehouse, and a slide. Six business days later, I received a call with an offer.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2012
Interview
I submitted my resume at a career fair and was contacted about doing a phone interview a week later. The phone interview consisted of a list of prepared questions about things like GPA, ACT/SAT test scores, expected graduation, and then questions about my resume. There weren't really any difficult "interview" style questions like asking for my strengths/weaknesses, it was pretty straight forward.
