The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2012
Interview
Was first contacted via email about a position that I might be "a good fit for". I bit so I replied back and was asked to apply online. After they received my application I was given a link to do an online assessment. After that was completed I was then emailed and asked to schedule a phone interview. I was told what to expect, which was more or less to verify my work and background experience. The day of the phone interview came. Most of the questions were to explain some of my work history listed on my resume. Asked about high school and undergrad GPA, didn't seem to interested in my Graduate GPA because they didn't ask me. Asked me why I wanted this position and why I would be a good fit for this position. Ask me what I'm looking for in my next job. Also asked me what I expected for salary. Then there was time for me to ask questions which I did. Some about the position some about the company etc. After the interview ended I think like about a week later or less, I got an email that said they were moving on with out me. I guess I fumbled something during the phone interview. Oh well, seemed like a sweet opportunity.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2011
Interview
First, an online personality test. About a week later, a brief phone interview with a current employee (basically a company summary). I was invited to interview in Madison (set my own date). The day included tours, a situational analysis, a one on one interview, and a brief test. The people were very nice and the campus is huge.
