The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2011
Interview
Interview process began with an online personality quiz - pretty easy and quick. They also snuck a few simple logic questions into it. A few days later I was contacted by an HR Rep who scheduled a phone interview with me for the next day. The phone interview was a joke. They didn't ask really any traditional interview questions. It took all of 15 minutes and then I was scheduled to fly out to Madison for an interview. I flew out the following week. The interview was a full day and there were probably 50 other people interviewing on the same day. There were a series of SAT-like assessments, a group interview, a 1:1 interview, a 10 minute presentation, etc. It was quite a long day. Just make sure your'e prepared for the testing. Everything else is pretty standard and everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Apr 2010
Interview
Started with 2 rounds of phone interviews. Proceeded to being invited to a full-day session of interviews and tests at their campus in Verona, WI. I drove down a day early and they put me up in a very nice hotel for the night, as well as invited everyone on a tour of the city and dinner, paid for by Epic. The day of interviews and tests started at 9am and went until 5pm. Heard back from them in about 2 weeks that I did not receive an offer.
