Interview
Accepted a written application, gave a personality test, called for a 30 minute generic phone interview, flew me up to Madison for an in person interview consisting of a 10 minute presentation.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Sep 2011
Interview
The interview process has been like many other have described. It begins with a Rembrant Personality test and then an invite to the campus for a 1-on1 interview with a recruiter. Here you sign a waiver for them to check your background and credit report (not sure if they do however). At this time, I also was given a 2 minute math test to see how much you could complete. Then you are given an aptitude test that uses programming jargon but isn't a true programming test. This is accompanied by math test that borders on being more math themed riddles than actual math. Again, testing aptitude. This along with another test that gives you a paragraph that you check for grammar. Following this you might be invited back for more interviews with people involved in positions for which you are interviewing for and to give a presentation. I've heard of others being asked to give a 10 minute presentation, but I was asked to give one for 20 minutes. (with about 5 days notice on a topic of your choice) This discrepancy might be because I think I'm also being considered for a training position along with P.M, but who knows, I can’t speak for other’s experiences. Between all these steps, I was told that I would hear back within 2 weeks but almost always heard back in about 1 week. Good Luck! Oh, p.s. This was my experience as someone who lives close enough to drive to WI and not have to fly there.

Interview
I interviewed through my career center. After resume drop, I had a 30 min, 1:1 interview that primarily went over the application and my fit. After that, I was told I would need to take a test, and then would interview at HQ in WI.
It took them a while to get the exam set up, and I found something else in the meantime, so I did not pursue any further. The original interview was very informal and friendly, with a 2nd year analyst.
